Covered water today from PC to point 12.  Hit 10 spots today.  Took me all of 2 1/2 hrs to find them striper.  And really that's a lot of what I like about. It's the hunting them down aspect.  I don't know what my deal was Wednesday that I just sat on fish that wouldn't bite. I never do that lol.  Lesson was learned though and today I didn't spend much time any one place. Ended up with 2 fat striper. Biggest being about 18 and the other 15 or so.  I'm just using experience and guessing at them sense my scale broke a month a go and haven't made it to Cabelas to replace it. Here's the two I got.

Good deal.  That's a lot of water to cover in that short a time frame.  I hope to get after them sometime soon.  I just couldn't get myself out of bed being on vacation all week.  Lol!!

I idle threw 90% of the spots.  I don't fish them all. I graph A LOT!

Totally understand.  That's what I meant.  That's still a little if water to cover in a short time.

Hit 10 spots, average of 10 mins graphing plus drive time = to 2 1/2 hrs.  I move fast and frequently.  I keep notes of where I've caught fish in winter before.  That helps me narrow it down to what water I should be looking at.
