Members buckeye Posted April 1, 2017 Members Posted April 1, 2017 Great pictures. New to the area and have the EP on my bucket list. You said "Big shout out to Brian Sloss for the great service on our shuttle and helping us out as always!" How do I connect with him for shuttling? Edited: scrolled further down the posts and saw his connection information. timinmo 1
Members gdghorn Posted April 6, 2017 Members Posted April 6, 2017 Son and I are going this weekend out on canoe. Plan to stop and wade as much as possible from Greer to Turner. Never caught anything other than rainbows or smallmouth there. The pickerel photo is interesting. How are people catching other kinds of fish? We plan to fly fish with marabou jigs and nymphs and spin rod fish with spinners, etc. The jigs work better than anything I've tried so far. Always work. American Icon 1

I'd re-think Greer to Turner as far as canoeing and wading this weekend. Water will still be very high. About 500 cfs higher than what I would consider safe or enjoyable for wading, but wouldn't be so bad in a drift boat. https://waterdata.usgs.gov/mo/nwis/uv/?site_no=07071500&PARAmeter_cd=00065,63160,00060
