Wrench/Old Plug, need local help for off topic issue - residential glass repair

My folks have a lake house in Buck Creek, and we have a sliding glass door that the glass has somehow been broken. 

I have had mixed results (by mixed I mean usually bad) getting repair men or services to respond or do a job, so was wondering if you had any recommendations for residential glass repair. I looked up glass repair on the internet and saw a few companies, but thought I would ask if by chance you guys had any insight. If not, I understand, it's not often that someone needs glass repair.
