Champ188 Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 With no more sales than that, I'd be afraid of the age/condition of the gas I was putting into my boat. I promise you, they aren't going to help fix your motor when you break down. dtrs5kprs 1

I wrote off the slow sales day to the pouring rain but do worry about it. Thanks for the "heads up".
Champ188 Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 I'm with you on the Merc additives, Bill ... I put Quickleen and Quickcare in mine faithfully. I would bet there'd be a lot less reason for concern come warmer weather, especially at Prairie Creek. dtrs5kprs and Blll 2
DADAKOTA Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Not sure leaving a trailer in the water all day is good on your hubs/bearings. Would think you are inviting water inside the hub.
jeb Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 Nope, hubs are all sealed. I've had them apart several times, no water. It is tough on brake lines, though. I replaced the line inside the trailer frame with a high pressure braided SS line. Well worth the small investment. Took less than an hour to do. John B 08 Skeeter SL210, 225F Yamaha
