Hunter91 Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 Fished CC Hwy area this morning. Had 6 nice crappie and 5 whites. My fishin partner lost a very nice walleye at the boat:( all of our fish were in less than 5 fow. i am not one to complain much but when we went to recover the boat. There were two boats in front of us. It took over 30 minutes before we backed down the trailer. It's one lane ramp and people need to have a sense of urgency when launching and recovering when there are 8 rigs in line waiting! Sorry, I am done with my rant. Basschomper, ewlech, mikeak and 4 others 7
Members Cobra 188D Posted April 9, 2017 Members Posted April 9, 2017 It's getting ready b the time of year when their are lot of people who don't have much of a clue how to launch a boat let alone back their trailer up fast all I can say is keep your phone ready to record you never know when u might catch a 50k YouTube video (sunk truck/sunk boat/engine fire resulting in both) ewlech, Hunter91, trythisonemv and 1 other 4
crappie_adams83 Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Lol that would be funny to see on Stockton on YouTube trythisonemv 1 if every body had a pole and a fish on the line there would never be a war
Members Wildbill1 Posted April 11, 2017 Members Posted April 11, 2017 I'm new to the area and have seen the "CC hwy" reference several times. Where is it?
redshad Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 Bill, what everyone is referring to when they say CC is the Greenfield access. It is on HWY CC where it crosses the southern end of the big sac arm.
Members Cobra 188D Posted April 11, 2017 Members Posted April 11, 2017 Wildbill the ramp is also very steep so if your going to use b prepared for that fyi
Members Wildbill1 Posted April 11, 2017 Members Posted April 11, 2017 Thanks, everybody. Our new place is about halfway between Crabtree and Masters. I have a lot of new territory to explore.
