Launched at Cedar Ridge at 1 PM. Beautiful bright sunny day with an occasional light ESE breeze. The water was almost smooth and in my younger days

I would have described it as "perfect" for skiing. I seldom fish the Little Sac or East side but today decided to give it a try and it wasn't kind to this newcomer.

The drum, bluegill, and 1 small-mouth were willing to consume crawlers from my bottom bouncers but not the Wally's! Fished 20'-28' depths from Cedar Ridge

to the main lake with the same results. However, it was just a great day just to be on the water and ignore the fact that the lawn needed to be mowed at home!

Water was clear and temps registered in the mid to higher 70's.
