Old dog 417 Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 Launched at Cedar Ridge at 1 PM. Beautiful bright sunny day with an occasional light ESE breeze. The water was almost smooth and in my younger days I would have described it as "perfect" for skiing. I seldom fish the Little Sac or East side but today decided to give it a try and it wasn't kind to this newcomer. The drum, bluegill, and 1 small-mouth were willing to consume crawlers from my bottom bouncers but not the Wally's! Fished 20'-28' depths from Cedar Ridge to the main lake with the same results. However, it was just a great day just to be on the water and ignore the fact that the lawn needed to be mowed at home!
