Thanks for the updates guys.  I'm visiting Stockton this weekend and spent this morning searching for walleye and crappie.   Didn't have any luck with bottom bouncers and spinners or Trolling flicker shads and bandits.  Marked tons of fish and shad but the only fish caught were catfish.   Fished the flats and a couple of points from 15' to 30'.

Sounds like you had it covered so not sure what the problem was. I know the last time we were there which was late spring, we were only catching walleye early and late in the evening around points in 12 to 18 feet of water.

Didn't know that there were any hybrids in Stockton.

There might not be. Most just call them whites. I thought they were hybrids, but I wasn't sure, not good at telling them apart.

The hybrids have broke lines.  Note the pic above.

Yes they do.  That is why you can only have like 4 over 20 inches.

Me too.

A couple weeks ago I was catching them pretty regularly. Not filling the boat by any means, but I could get a decent meal out of an afternoon's fishing.

I did look at Bandits at BPS, but they were 8 dollars each... Academy has them for 5 and change, will get them online or the next time I'm in south Springfield.

The Arkie 350 series is very similar to the bandit 300 and has some colors almost identical to mad cow.  They can be bought for $3.50 each and work about identical.  I stocked up on about 25 Arkies this summer because of the Bandit price hike.  No complaints yet, but they do run about 1' shallower with 100' of line out.

Have to buy a couple and give them a try, thanks!
