winter fishing trip

Once again our winter trip is over and cabin fever is gone for now. The temperature never got above 32, but the fishing was good. We never got out before 10AM because of all the generation. This was the first time we have gone to Lilley's this early in the year ,Jan 2 to Jan 5. As always they make every trip

relaxing and enjoyable. We fished from Fall creek to Branson,caught a released 20 on Wednesday and 30 on Thursday, from stockers to several 14 and 15 and one was 17 inches. We were using silver spoons, black jigs and several colored rapalas.

Thanks to the staff at Lilley's, they always make our fishing trips fun. I like the remodeling and updates to the cabins------- very nice.

Looking forward to another  trip in April , see you then.
