Members Mitchell Weiss Posted January 29, 2018 Members Posted January 29, 2018 I am new to fishing Fellows lake are there any regulars that can help me find where and how to get the Bass on Fellows? I have struck out twice lately and would like a couple hints as to how to fish this lake.
MoCarp Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 bass are everywhere, try using light tackle, 8# green line and ned rigs or drop shot, but this time of year, there are times the fish are just dormant, jigging spoons on fish marked just off bottom on humps will get you a few MONKEYS? what monkeys?
Royal Blue Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 You need to find the brush piles right now I'd say. It doesn't really fish like the other lakes around here from what I've experienced. There's very little wood or traditional cover in the lake due to it being a water supply for Springfield. That's what I've been told at least. There are a lot of really good fish in that lake though.
