bobby b. Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 I got out from 7 pm - 9 pm last night. Since I was short on time I just went to one of my favorite gravel points and started looking near the roll-off. Saw plenty of fish on the locator on the bottom at 28 ft and suspended in the water column over the abyss at this same depth. Managed to catch a few including this nice SM using crawlers. I moved to swallow water near the bank and found lots of bait fish in less than 20 fow and caught a few on the slab spoon. The drop shot bite just ain't what it was as Bill B . has previously noted. The cooler weather and a slight breeze made it a very pleasant evening. Water temp 82. Bobby big c, m&m, JF660R and 4 others 6 1
