Why are the motor hours so low?  Is that a repower?

This is not a re-power engine. I purchased the boat from an older gentleman in Lake of the Ozarks who bought it new and did not use it very much. He had another boat he said he used more.

I have fished with it at least once a month since I bought it in the latter part of summer. I’ve just decided I don’t like a boat payment.
