moguy1973 Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 If anyone knew William “Bill” Allen, a guide out of Pontiac Cove Marina and Resort, he passed away at the age of 80 on Monday morning. I never met him personally but he was my boss’s father-in-law. She told me that he could put people on the fish down there with the best of them. May he Rest In Peace.
