netboy Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Made a trip to the C&R area below the dam this morning since the water was still off color here at Cotter. They were running about 1 unit so that somewhat limits the areas you can safely wade. Saw a few sulphurs coming up and then around 9am they really started popping and that continued until I left at noon. Caught lots of rainbows including some pretty good ones as well as one 17" brown. Best flies were a size 16 parachute Sulphur and a size 16 yellow crackleback skated on top. Here is one of the better rainbows...
