Snow In The Trees?

I must of forgot. We lived there in the’80’s and the snow was dry enough my wife was riding a Harley to work.

I know for awhile it was deep enough Sled Dogs couldn’t run. Like 200 inches on the ground.

I have Live Camera out there now and the trees are covered with snow. Is the early snows wet enough to stick?

Depends on location. They've been getting a lot of snow out there this fall. Denver and west got hammered this week. We were out in Estes in late September and a week or 2 later they had a foot in Estes and a bunch more in the park.

I was thinking Leadville. Where Live Camera is on million dollar highway West Slope.

Well temperatures have been staying around 30 so the snow is wet and really coming down so it is much wetter and there is no way I would ride a Motorcycle in it now.

Well friends said they had snow but it was dry and did nothing to stop the fires.

I was told that they wasn’t cutting the dead Pines but friends said they was but there was just too many.
