My Life Is Disappearing

That’s almost unbelievable if you didn’t have electricity til 2002...I thought that was just at the cabin

id sure like to hear the story...were you Amish or something?  Some people were talking about Amish and mennonites a couple weeks ago...was that why?

Nope just never needed it. Worst part was when it got hot, before it got dark we would go to the river and cool off. It would cool us enough to get to sleep.

We did have Gas Lights and Gas Washer. Had Propane to cook with.

Was on Party Line because only a couple round there had Phone. Never seen Dusk to Dawn light out there until late ‘20’s and we was on a ridge where we could see for miles.
 

We lived in amongst Old Order Mennonites but they did their thing we did ours.

Oh Cabin we have everything except Phone service but looking into changing that with a Booster.
