Members VJMAC Posted April 29, 2020 Members Posted April 29, 2020 I hope so too !! I'm 2mi north of town just off D hwy. My mom lives on south side of Bolivar. She only had 1/2" yesterday. I have a pond about 30yds from the house. It rained so hard for nearly 20 mins that i could not see the pond. Winds had to be 50-60mph. Ready for some normal weather. Piper creek is close to me. Its running pretty strong this morning but nothing like last friday.
MOPanfisher Posted April 29, 2020 Posted April 29, 2020 Checked the gauges, Pomme river took a bit of a jump but not bad and short lived, Lake started back up, but I expect outflows will go back up early today and get it turned back around.
Members kelbrand Posted May 8, 2020 Author Members Posted May 8, 2020 Just curious how the bass and crappie are doing as of recently. Not sure how the rain last night will affect it. Last week we did pretty good fishing in 25 fow catching them around 10ish feet. The crappie that is. All the fish were full of eggs. Are they catching about the same? Also curious how the bass are doing? We just caught babies while fishing for crappie
Members kelbrand Posted June 22, 2020 Author Members Posted June 22, 2020 Just curious how everyone's been doing out there. Haven't been out in a few weeks because of work. I see the lake is finally getting a little back to normal levels (if normal is a thing at Pomme).
Members Cal2 Posted June 23, 2020 Members Posted June 23, 2020 Crappie was hitting the jigs well this weekend. I was fishing over brush piles in the creek/river channels.
Heretolearn Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 Sorry, no report here, I haven't been to Pomme in weeks.
