Bill Babler Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 The cameras are great depending on the visibility. Upper James most of his time is the wrong place, kind if like upper Lake O. or Truman. Minnow can't see the hook he is caught on. Fishing Trauman and upper Osage you did not even know what you had till you lifted the fish out of the muddy water. Yes I think the bandit trolling in this neck of the woods is not much older than 10 years but they have been doing it down South for years and years. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Fish24/7 Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 yes the technical part It's as old as the hills Bill. The people who showed me had been trolling cranks for crappie on Bull since the 60's. I wasn't even born yet.. Back then they used Storm. Rapala. Bomber.

We didn't look at a lot of stuff... I'd caught them on the flat in the winter before so we headed there and found them. No need to look at more cover.
