Is the upper Gravois ramp iced in still?

It's open water, but the ramp and parking lot has 2" of solid ice on it.    We got 3/4" of sleet and then 3" of snow on top of that.    It MIGHT be doable by Sunday.

Thanks. A couple weeks back there was a lot of ice between the ramp and open water. Didn’t know the lake got that much sleet, it takes a minute to melt.
