Launched out of Ruark at 2:30. Didn’t go more than 1/4 mile from the ramp as i only had 2 hours to fish. I had my mind made up i was going to throw a Berkley Stunna jerk bait in a few areas i hit this time of year.  Caught 2 that were both 14” within the first 10 casts. 
 

Moved to a different bank where i seen the whites busting. Picked up an underspin with a 2.8 Keitech i had tied on and first cast a nice 16” white was in the boat. Caught 4 more pretty quick on that point. Moved around the point and cast into deeper water “8 foot” and before i could start cranking, this 20” walleye had gobbled it on the fall. Few more whites in the area, and this toad of a drum. 23” and pulled some drag. He was fun to catch. 
 

Lots of trailers at the ramp when i got there. Fun 2 hours out.
