Spillway gates are open 12-15

The COE opened the spillway gates at the dam on Wednesday. The lake is only about a foot over power pool so I don't think it will last long. I drove to the dam yesterday and didn't see any evidence of a shad kill and only a couple bank fisherman.

Thanks for the post.  I just checked their website and it looks like they have one unit going and about half a unit in release, around 4800cf/s.  more than I want to fish in

Weird, I looked at it again a second ago and it looks like they are generating two units and no spillway.  A glitch in the matrix?

there certainly should not have been any need for a spillway release, but they do what they want when they want I suppose.
