Launched the boat at 11:00 after they shut the generators down to about 1/2 of a unit. Ran down to a good shoal and put the waders on. Fishing was a bit slow at first but got better as the day warmed up. Ended with around 3 dozen, mostly rainbows, 2 browns and a nice brookie. Caught most of them on egg patterns and later in the afternoon I tried a stimulator and caught 4 on that and missed a couple others.

Had an interesting thing happen today. I saw some commotion in the water just downstream from where I was fishing. It turned out to be 2 big browns swimming side by side and breaking the water every few seconds. They slowly swam within a rod's length of me and weren't interested in my fly. I guess they were in the pre spawning mode. They looked to be in the 26-28" range and I could clearly see the hook jaw on the male.

Here's a couple of the better ones...
