Maverickpro201 Posted May 10, 2023 Posted May 10, 2023 I am leaving tomorrow morning, Going to camp at the state park at Nemo bridge. How is the bass bite doing right now? Is the water level in the brush right now. Any tips would be appreciated. I know I will probably have a wet weekend. Just need to get away for a few days. Wife and I. Thanks
Members Moose21 Posted May 10, 2023 Members Posted May 10, 2023 I haven't been out since last week but the water was still below the bushes then. Lots of moss up shallow, especially on the lower end that makes fishing shallow difficult. Caught some offshore but not much size.
Smithvillesteve Posted May 10, 2023 Posted May 10, 2023 I talked to a guy the other day while i was down there and he said he had a pretty good day throwing a wacky rig just off the edge of the moss. Claimed he had a 3 and several 2's. Good luck. Let us know how you do.
MOPanfisher Posted May 10, 2023 Posted May 10, 2023 Nemo isnt a State Park (COE) but that only matters to me. 😜 Have heard several people catching bass just as Smithvillesteve described. Rains last night brought lake up a bit so not sure whatbit might change.
