Members Mart Posted January 31 Members Posted January 31 Just signed a contract for ulrich marine to install the 36VM50 for a new Terrova and replace my cranking battery with a 24M75. I have read a number of articles and watched too many YouTube videos on it. LiFePo4 batteries are definitely ready for prime time and have a lot of advantages. There are some really good brands out there. Millertech looks like a great package. Dakota Lithium seems good too. Ulrich reps and recommends Proguide and I know Pete Wenners likes them too. They are also local which feels like a plus. I can let you know in a couple months if it was a good move or not. :^)
Dutch Posted January 31 Author Posted January 31 Thanks for the report, however, I don’t think I have a couple of months. My house battery setup is dying.
dblades Posted January 31 Posted January 31 I thought Bill was running 3, 50ah Pro Guides, but I might be wrong.
Dutch Posted January 31 Author Posted January 31 I too thought he might be running some. It doesn’t matter now because I have an appointment with Marine Repair to move some stuff around and install and wire the 100 ah lithium to my 3 Solix units. grizwilson and BilletHead 2
