It's all about bigger and bigger and bigger. You ain't an outdoorsman unless the bass are big and the deer racks are huge. I think a lot of people are trying to compensate for something. And all these states want them because it brings in big money. 

Oklahoma is realizing these types of things create huge issues for native species after their disaster of stocking smallmouth into Tenkiller.
