Greatest baseball performance I have ever seen

4 for 4 with two home runs and then 5 walks in a row.  And then starting pitcher for Game 4.  With seven pitches!  Game 4 didn't go his way.  But he may not be done - maybe a relief appearance.  What a player.

My fiend is from California and big Dodgers fan. We argued about the best player in our lifetime and I said Pujols and of course he said Ohtani. I told him Pujols avg was .331 41 hrs and 123 rbis in 10 years. His response was he didn’t pitch and it’s true. Unbelievable player Ohtani is

That game went on way past my bedtime, so did not see it all.  Plus I am not a fan of either team.  Dodgers not looking too good last couple of games.  Friday night Toronto will be rocking.

Jeff, you missed a great pitching performance by Trey Yesavage.  Been in the majors about a month and tied Sandy Koufax for 10 strikeouts in the first five innings.  Wound up with 12 after holding Dodgers to one run in seven innings.  I think he finished with 27 missed swings.  Pretty good.

I did see last nights game, well I recorded it and watched it this AM.  Yes, Yesavage pitched a great game.  Pretty good for a guy that started the year in the minors.

The game I missed most of was that 18 inning deal.
