4/23 - Lower end

Since walleye not quite patternable just yet (caught 3 last week but they've not set up in numbers yet), figured I'd go see what the smallies were up to. 

Early on, was one here, one there until the wind picked up.  Then I fished wind blown banks and points and found them in more numbers.   A few on swimbait, tried bladed jig with no takers, then rest came on Ned.  

26 total, 5 keepers with biggest just over 18 in.   Looked spawned out.

Was glad for the Garmin trolling motor with the wind. . I like to spot lock, up wind, then use the jog feature on remote to work my way down the bank (moves 5 ft each click).
