Greg Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 I wouldn't mind seeing a "bunny leech". The one that uses a strip of rabbit fur. I tried to tie one of those a while back and really messed it up badly. Randall Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 are there any easy to tie streamer patterns? i'm not quite to the level of sculpins and such, but i'd like to get a few baitfish looking patterns in the box. Cute animals taste better.
Members Flyfishing Buddha Posted February 7, 2006 Members Posted February 7, 2006 Hey Guys, I fish Bennett alot and would like to see how to tie the "John Deere" and the brassie. Any help would be welcome.
Ted Calcaterra Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 We all know that many of the monster browns in the white river system feed on stocker rainbows. I would love to see a good looking rainbow trout pattern. I was thinking some type of deceiver or puglisi saltwater fly tied to look like a stocker. Any ideas or patterns?
Gavin Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Theres a few patterns here that might resemble a stocker bow. http://www.ausableangler.com/ausable_fly_patterns.htm
