  1. Lol. Well done.
  2. Man, it's been really hard for me to stay out of this one.
  3. Yep, The White River can be VERY dangerous. Especially when there is HEAVY generation. The Norfork requires even more caution.

Heck Man, LSU considers Tulane a bigger rival. It isn't about skill level so much as it is about animosity. LSU just doesn't hate the Piggies enough to make it interesting. In "the Golden Boot" era, it's been 12-6 in favor of LSU. Arkansas is often very competitive against LSU and has indeed upset them more times than I would like, but I'd believe in a Muslin Rabbi more than I would that LSU is running scared from Arky. It might be a long range recruiting deal wanting to get LSU in the minds of young TX football talent.

. Ohhhhhhhh Man, you made me laugh out loud. When you get a minute, look up the definition of delusional. The LSU vs Arky rivalry is very one sided in the level of concern. I'm a lifetime LSU fan and an LSU alum. We don't care about the piggies. I wish they moved the game to Week One every year so we could get it over with. LSU considers Alabama, Florida, and Ole Miss to be bigger rivals. There may be back room shananigans going on, but I think the swapping of TAMU for Arky is severely short sighted. TAMU is going to go back to the middle of the pack. No Johnny Football, drop off at o line, and drop off at receivers. I doubt they will finish Top 25.

My Tigers are going to have a bunch of new starters. They recruit well and are well coached. I'm looking forward to watching who steps up. Go Tigers! L-S-U!
  7. JP hooked you up.
  8. I don't consider 30 foot deep ANYMORE. I grew up fishing in Louisiana bayou where anything deeper than 5 foot was deep water Seriously. I don't have the equipment or the knowledge to troll effectively. I think they frequently use down riggers and get DEEP. I don't think most of those fish can be released. I try not to fish much below 35 foot because I want to be able to C&R my fish MOST of the time.

    Bradford Out

I'm pretty confident Bradford is done with the Rams and likely done in the NFL.
  10. So what would happen if LRF added oil to his gasoline like it was a two stroke instead of a 4 stroke? Would that be enough oil to give the engine the lubrication it needs? Seems like he could drain off the oil from time to time and replace with fresh.
  11. Again, I hope you catch em. There is a Walleye club and Striper Club that share info with each other. They stay on them trolling live bait DEEP. That's not my bag
  12. You won't get in trouble. I'll be shocked if you come close to a limit of anything this time of the year on Norfork. I wish you all the luck in the world, but it's Norfork and the water is > 75 degrees.
  13. I always try to give bank fisherman plenty of room. I've got the option to fish other spots and they most likely do not.

    Bradford Out

I'd want Mettenberger if TN bumps their head and decides to make someone else the backup QB. He needs to improve in the pocket (less fumbles and less sacks), but has a big time arm. Good team player. .

    Bradford Out

I have to imagine that the Rams will move on and look in a different direction at QB. They may decide to pick up someone from another team (R.Mallet) or a talented rookie that couldn't beat out an established backup. Sucks though.

    Bradford Out

That's a bad deal for Sam and the Rams. I hate it for all involved.
  17. I would have thought so, but apparently the AOY won't be determined until the next event. I don't understand, but it's their game.
  18. Another great finish for Kevin Short. kVD misses out on making the Classic.
  19. Thanks for the report. I'd love to make that trip.
  20. It can be incredibly good there. Best when it's been up for a while and is slowly falling out. I have cousins and Uncles that caught triple digits in bass.
  21. On the finesse worm and wire, I think both. 20 lb Flurocarbon might be difficult for the fish to see, but it would still overpower the finesse bait and ruin a big part of what makes it attractive. With a big freaking piece of wire attached, you be hard pressed to catch pressured fish for sure. Most lures allow some leeway in fishing line used, but there is a place for 6 thru 20 lb in my fishing. Others can use what they please when they please. I spend a lot of time and energy trying to be a better fisherman, but it's nothing to get mad about.
  22. I want overnight lows to be no warmer than 65 degrees. You can get lucky and fish falling water any time of the year, but Apr, May, and June are the normal months to do overnight tips on the Buffalo.
  23. More trout at the beginning and more smallies at the end, but chances for both throughout the float. It's been years since I have fished that stretch, but I like it. You should catch fish and enjoy some cool, clear water. Bring a diving mask.
  24. Rush to Shipp's Ferry in 1 1/2 days isn't a fun trip, it's a death march. DO NOT TRY THAT WITH THESE AIR TEMPS AND THIS WATER LEVEL. I think you're crazy for camping with these air temps at all, but hey whatever makes you happy. You're other trip option is much more doable and enjoyable.
  25. Which is why I always use the Flicker Shad when trolling thru a walleye disco.
