Hey Denjac... Think of it this way.. Probably the biggest thing your hook all year...LOL Sorry about your finger bud.. I had a Rapala go 2 barbs into my knee once up there at the dam... with a fish still attached..

Ive hooked myself several times.. and a few times way to deep... But 2 year ago was probably the worst... It was on a 2441 size 6 (Salmon hook)... about 9pm at night .. kids were in bed and I and just sat down and started to tying.. one of the kids had to of dropped a hook into my tying chair .. I never saw it.. I dropped my scissors and moved back to pick them up... as I slid forward it stuck through the cloths (sweatpants)... and went into the "jewels"... I couldnt get out of the chair .. I was PINNED .. I had to call the wife home from work and told her I had stuck myself with a hook and need her to help me take it out/to clip the hook barb off.. when she got there and saw what had happened... and saw where the hook was she laugh for a hour.... and still couldnt keep a straight face to cut the hook... Finally we got it out and everything is ok now!! from this day on.. I ALWAYS look into my chair and rub my hand on the seat before I sit down.... 1 lesson I learned quickly!

ITS ABOUT TIME!!! I guess you are out of practice with all the baitfish you were catching! LOL.... Maybe here in a day or two..I'll be able to come down for a few hours... Thanks for the report!

Hey guys.. sorry I couldnt hang around. Momma got called into work the night before and I had to get home for her to rest.. then around 3pm they called her back in... so Im kinda glad I went home Although.. for they guys I got to say hey to.. Glad yo see you all made it down. hfdhoosier didnt know that was you and your wife.. never introduced myself but it was good to see you. Fishing report.. I went up toward outlet 1 .. hooked a few so I got to feel the tug on the big rod.. sculpins, and the PMS caught the most for me.. (maybe 8 or 10) until next year... Tight lines and a Happy New Year!

Next weekend ... whos ready??? seeing the news last night (KOLR 10).. looks like were maybe having thunderstorms.... Keep your eyes out and get ready Leonard

Got down they around 10pm to find out that the generation chart was WRONG again.... they said 4 unit till 11pm.. and a low 1 till 11:30/midnight... *** It was off and falling fast*** as I was looking at the water to figure out where I wanted to start .. A Truck was rolling over the hill.. Gary... after a few minutes of chat .. His Brother-in-law and Father-in-law was coming to.. George (the brother-in-law) and I head to the flats.. I handed him a Brown/Uv brown Hibernator (#6).... I tied on the Black/Uv black Hibernator Well Third fish George caught was this one.... 26L X 15G...

BUMP... ITS GETTING CLOSER!!!

I fished till about 2:30.. still using the PMS (black) probably ended up with over 20 fish.. 2 browns smallest was about 14inches and the bigger one was about 17 (caught him up by the cable).... most of the rainbow were in the 17-20inch..

low water and high wind... NOT A GOOD COMBO for BIG flies!!! Although... It was GREAT! caught maybe 25/30 tried just about everything I had in my box.... caught a couple on the PMS and a few on the olive/purple (#6) Hibernator **** SHAMELESS PLUG~~~~ Now at Phil's shop!~~~~ **** tried sculpins and got a few bumps...no hook ups also tried white wollies... must not have been getting them down... or was fishing them to fast what I found last night was a unweighted white wolly with a BB shot (weight) about 18inches about the fly.... bumping the weight off the bottom and letting the wolly suspend Leonard
