Any update Mr. Wise?

The top fly is a poor man's version of the fly trigg tied for the brown trout swap wrapping up, I just sized it you a bit. The second fly is just a deceiver with a yellow craft fur and sf flash blend. The bottom is Nick granatos Sasquatch. If you haven't watched Brian's videos you should. This stuff is a blast to tie and fish. Sure the numbers may not be their compared to nymphing but the size and fun of it more than makes up for it.

What's been tied lately? Now I just need to go find time to fish these.

Those are Awesome. They gave been going on pretty much every streamer I have been tying recently.

Does that fish in any way similar to a crease fly? When I grow up I want to tie flies like Flysmallie.

Good Stuff. I think I'll tie a few this evening now. I've never had much luck with them, but haven't thrown them as much as I should.

Unless you get the local market channels. I don't know if that means I will get it in Springfield or not... Probably not. When the NFL switched their Thursday games they let the local markets for each game bid on them so at least the locals could watch it w/o having to have the NFL Network.

He came back in later in the game after it showed him ripping the O a new one. I don't know how much he came back for but he was back in the game. Last report I heard was a separated shoulder which would have been why he couldn't lift his arm above his head. I thought He slipped as well. He seemed to fall as he wanted to turn upfield. I don't know what calls you saw going our way but the refs seemed to be trying to help Dallas pull through. The usual holds on Hali. The D Holding call on Berry at the end of the game was a joke that nullified his pick. The PI on Dez was maybe questionable but whenever the receiver gets both hands on the shoulder pads of a Dback it is going to get called. I also think he got away with pulling Flowers down on his first catch any way so it worked out a bit. The announcers couldn't even get it right. Dontario? Really? They called Kendrick Lewis Eric Berry more than once. They had no idea most of our Defenses name and just resorted to calling them the "KC Defenders" They won't get any love being a small market team and that's cool but if your going to announce on National TV, at least get the players names right, you owe them that much.

After not hitting it at night for eight or nine months I have been back at it and your right. It is as good as it gets. I'll be down this evening. I'd like to stick one like that picture!

Just waiting on Brian's flies. As soon as they get in I'll try and get them out the next day or so.

It's not like it has caused a lot of problems for me, and I think it probably makes fishing even better with a boat, there just seems to be less current, or I just have yet to find it.

How I am. I don't get to bothered if a fish shakes the hook as I try and grab it, it was there, and if I had a net it WOULD have been landed.

Just a question for everyone. I have been down a couple of nights over the last few weeks and it seems that it is again just a little bit different than before they last opened the flood gates a few weeks ago. Down from outlet three and the tree there seems to be less gravel bar during low water on the hatchery side of the lake than there used to be with it being replaced with some knee deep still water. I just know I was not able to wade as far down river as in the past without getting too deep. Has anyone else noticed any difference?

You're all good. I don't have any issues waiting for a bit. I am sure that they will more than make up for a few days wait.

Jason's flies came in later last night. Today Dylan, Mike, and Geoff's flies showed up. Getting real close now and I'll get them out as soon as I can.

I haven't fished it but it doesn't seem to get quite the attention that Fellows and Pomme do for musky. Could be a good thing or a bad thing.

Troutdoorsman's flies are in. I should be receiving everyone's soon from the sounds of it.

Those are pretty cool. I'll actually have to take a look at that. It looks like it would hang on a lanyard as easy as spools of actual tippet.

Wrench is right on. Really with your tippet spools your paying for the consistency and the handiness. I build most of my leaders and tippet and use bulk spools of mono, but Sometimes it is a bit of a pain to carry around a spool of whatever I want to use for my tippet size.

I think Warsaw it is. Got stung by one that was in my shoe down at the lake a while back and we have seen a bunch a small ones that are almost clear. Take a black light to a room sometime down there and they will glow. I bet you see more of them then you think..

Saw a few out at Bois D'arc but didn't get any shots. Weather had us out of the field around 930. Awesome photos.

It was pretty good last night as Well. Six of us were down there but the fog was tough. Couldn't hardly see three or four feet so it madequate finding good water tough. Three of the five were catching them on small jerkbaits, pine squirrel peaches were working as Well.
