  2. I don't want to hijack Tom's thread but I read the forum almost every other day. I just don't have much to contribute. Been a bad 2013 with illness and injuries so far. I couldn't sit in a boat long enough to cast. If a smallmouth was kind enough to hit my line I would pass out! Having back surgery in a few weeks. So Aunts Creek and point 10 open to all for a few more weeks. I hope you guys all catch big ones like Bill had!
  3. Always slow in Aunt's Creek. A great place to drive on by
  4. Great looking ride! I still think Rangers fish well with great stabiliy. Two people can be on the same side of the boat and it doesn't tip as much as some of the other boats. See you out there!

You know the secret handshake and are welome anywhere! Miss you guys. We have to do another picnic on the dock or golfing in a tornado.
  6. Oops sorry....didn't mean to butt in. I did get a free hat with my little SX 170 and the 90 horse Yamaha though!
  7. Everyone has their PREFERENCE but Skeeters are awesome!
  8. Hmm ! if it comes with the way points it would be a steal!

Ha! There are so many people there nowdays you can just ask and they will send you a photo!
  10. I will let Bill give the fish details, but as I said before....getting a guide makes for success on the water. I had a friend down from Minnesota and we didn't fare to well. Hooked up with Bill and he helped us out and gave us a direction to go for the rest of the week. Long drive fron Aunt's Creek to where we fished though. Babbler is a great guide, fisherman and friend. Thanks for the fun day!
  11. Donna, I wish I would have known about the golfing. I could have given you folks another good laugh. I finally broke 100 and have clubs that fit me. I won't get much better as not enough time to devote to it. Waiting for my check for you guys using Aunt's Creek! Abkeenan- I like the paca durability but get way more action out of Yamas. I think Donna is right about whatever you have confidence in. Price is better by far on the Pacas though.
  12. Donna! Miss you. If I remember right there was quite a bit of wind on picnic day, possibly a tornado? I have some Paca chunks and a friend of me swears by them. They seem a little thicker to me and hold up better but I still like the fragile Yamamotas for the most part. I took the week off and will be on the lake Sunday-Friday unless lightning. It is my fault the bite slowed down as I took the week off. The last time I took the week off for fishing was the last week of April 2011. It flooded and they shut down the ramps! My apologies to all for messing up the fishing.
  13. Hopefully gets better real soon! Jig bite?
  14. golf? I am better than last time Champ.
  15. They helped fix my trolling ,otor a few years back when I had visitors too. It was something in the plug. Not sure who the fella was but was helpful.
  16. LOL! We are protective of our friends around here! Table Rock has some pretty active guides with a lot of free info. Webb doesn't post on here but he has given me tips at the ramp, Bill is famous to us and nefarious to others for free info, Don House is amazingly free with information. Eric has a radio show where he broadcasts information to anyone willing to listen. I can't even mention all of the guides that contribute. When you said " all the other guides i talk to wont give up any info..." it probably stirred the pot. Don't take it personal and please don't keep your comments to yourself as it tends to be fun if you can be light hearted enough to say you made a mistake, which you did! Welcome to the family!
  17. Thanks for the info! Taking Oct 12-21 off and intend to wear the Skeeter out with a few hours of bow hunting in there.
  18. Whew! Thanks for the getting dressed part! Just kidding. You forgot share info you worked to gain with your forum friends for free! Thanks for all you do for us.
  19. Wow! Some nice payouts. Talked to my Buddy Adam and we hope to contribute to the pots next year for you good guys! Now shopping for black lights...
  20. Best of luck in the Championship!
  21. Williams is a heck of a fisherman! Did you qualify?
  22. funny! I should have thought of it.
  23. Did someone say jig bite? Trying not to giggl like a little kid!
  24. Fished CPA a few times. Good luck to Webb.
  25. Good news Jason. I did fish pretty hard as the last two times out I was just running the boat. I must be using that spoon wrong! Pre-fishing for the Mill Creek tourney?
