    I was out Saturday down at the Cape it was sunny and almost 90 and i saw two wake boats. In two days I think I saw a dozen boats and eight where people fishing. I really don't feel over run but I do agree that fishing and boats that make huge wakes don't mix and someone will meet their Waterloo!

    I keep hearing this term "Money Talks" and I totally agree but does anyone get down to Cape Fair very often? I've never seen a WakeBoat fill up at the only gas station in Cape Fair. Oh and the hotel and spending money you guys keep talking about, there is only two hotels, and I've never seen a WakeBoat parked at either. My question is what money are they bring to the area?

    Im with GNS, it will never work. How about the false sense of security that a marker provides. Since I see a marker on that bridge pillar that must be the only hazard in the area, that is not true.

    Ive seen skiers up there too, fools! If you mark every dangerous object it will look like Walmarts sale isle. Just remember there are warnings on cigarettes too but I still see smokers.

    Yeah great idea pull out fish habitat, maybe they should drain lake fork and remove the standing timber? Remember these lake are dangerous, and recreation is secondard, these lake are meant for flood control. I don't want a single penny of my tax dollar spent on removing obstructions or just pull the timber and give the whole lake to the pleasure boaters.

Don't let them bother you, they will post just to post and talk just to see their own writing on the www. Oh, and to answer your question allot of these non buying tire kickers do want one-liners, it gives them something to talk about, this is all about status and how many posts you have don't you know!

    Maybe that is why the south lost the war, it took too long getting to point. But one thing you missed, I'm looking for vintage taxidermy, I guess I could go kill some fish but I tend to release.
