Finally got moved down here and was wondering when the Walleye run starts. I used to fish the spring run on the Maris De Cyne and you could start catching them up there in late January or early February. With the high river flows on the Pomme it's got me thinking about catching some. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Scott

I live around Amsterdam and it's the same way around here fishinwrench. Used to have access to them when I was younger but now they are all owned by private hunting clubs.

I have seen them in Pomme De Terre for over 20 years.

My Father in law who lives in Yellville told me the same thing about the dye tests and that it came up at Big Springs. Pretty cool that the water can disappear that far up stream then come back up on the other side of the White.

They are .7 acres total M/l. The corps.property is timbered but you can see the lake. Yea I would never put my boat on there if we stay with our current date might look into renting some boats. I think I could borrow a river boat or two from my brother in law over at Yellville. Appreciate all the input.

I like fishing Norfork but its to crowded on the weekends. Got 8 guys coming down wasn't really wanting to rent 4 boats for 4 days. Think my bass boat would be a little over kill lol

Thanks for the input. We have been doing this trip for several years,and have always had low flows. May talk to our group and see about doing a march trip instead.

We are planning our annual trip for mid October. I was just wondering with Bull Shoals being so high now is there a chance that there will be any wadable water by then.

I have a Diamond Razor by Bow Tech comes with sights, quiver, and shoot through rest will take $200.

I use the Everstart Maxx 29 also have had good luck with them. They get used a lot and usually get 3-4 years out of them.

A friend has this motor fouled the plugs last year so he replaced them. Then this year 3rd time out it started surging and had a knock just like last year. Plugs are covered in black soot and so is the prop from the exhaust. We checked the compression left bank starting at the top 90,90,82 right bank 90,90,85. So he put another set of plugs in it and we noticed that the filter for the air pump in the top of the cowling was pretty dirty so replaced it too. He took it out ran fine but plugs and prop were carboned up again. Any body got any advice. He runs Opti Oil in it and alcohol free fuel. Thanks

2001 Ranger 520 with 225 Vmax.

I landed my first one about a month ago was around37 in. we took a picture and released it. Caught it on a baby brush hog while bass fishing.

I think we probably have another good week or so with the upcoming warm weather. I found 90 yesterday. Most were fresh but did find a few old ones. Good luck with your mushroom hunting.
