Since you are about 150 miles south West of me I'm not really sure darbwa up here with the up coming warm weather I think we will have another good week or so. I found 90 yesterday most of them were pretty fresh.

Only found 27 today but starting to find the big yellow ones instead of the little grey ones.

My place is in the cove just West of the Wheatland camp ground same cove as Stillwater resort they got rain when I was there last Monday and my folks live there and said they got quite a bit of rain yesterday.

DC Pomme is where I do most of my fishing I have a place down there but I live around Butler Mo. and thats where i found my mushrooms. I have some friends that live down there and they have been finding some on Corps property along creeks. That's about all I can help you with down there.

Found 150 yesterday. Sure was great to have some fresh mushrooms.

Walleye fishing has been pretty good on Pomme the last couple of yrs. My dad and some friends of mine finally got into white bass about a month ago. That was the first time since the big kill. So hopefully they are making a come back.

I am glad there are people like you who would rather work than sit at home who are taking care of our lake. Even though I don't agree with the ramp closures and feel that it is just Washington throwing their weight around I know it's your job as much as you hate closing them. Keep up the good work and hope they get this settled soon.

It was because of the government shutdown. I would have went around too we paid for those ramps they belong to the citizens not the Feds. There is no reason for them to b closed other than the cry babies in Washington getting their panties all in a wad. -

My juvenile acts better than they do. I feel that the ramps should remain open for public use after all the American people paid for all those ramps and they belong to us the citizens not the Federal government. Don't know how things got so screwed up and the government thinks that they own US and not the other way around. Mopanfisher this is nothing bad towards you you all do a great job. -
Dang every time you have a tournament its always the same weekend that I have a bass tournament. Maybe one of these days I will get a chance to fish one. Good luck to ya may see ya on the water.

I was fishin around the Wheatland area using shad colored tubes dropping them all the way to the bottom then bring them up real slow get hung up alot but that technique seems to work best for me. Also bite has been vert light .

Me and a buddy went out Sat morning for about 2 hrs and I went out Sunday morning for 3 1/2 hrs. Had limit of keepers each morning. Was fishing brush piles in 14 to 17 fow vertical jigging1/16 oz tubes hope that helps

Well brush piles were not so good Sunday fished5 different piles had 3 keepers and 5 shorts in about 2 hrs so we switched to bas fishin for an hour or so till the rain moved in at 9:30 but it was cooler and had fun

We went out Friday evening had 22 keepers most around 10 inches using jigs on brush piles didn't make it out this mornin hopefully get out in the mornin

I will b on the water about 6 till about 10 . I don't fish real late when it gets this hot I head back clean fish then pack a cooler and head for the water. I haven't fished up towards Bolivar landing except for bass the main lake piles have been pretty good and don't have to run as far good luck to you and hopefully will see you out there.
