I was wondering if anyone has dealt with them and if they had a good experience. I got a Cara T7 from a board member brand new. He had never used it. Well i set the hook on a 12" spot and it broke 1.5" from the tip. Not sure what i should do since i dont have any proof of purchase, any suggestions would be appreciated. It broke such a weird place. It will be hard to convince anyone it was on a hookset. I do have a witness that heard some choice words as i cursed at the little fish for some reason. Might be better off to put a new tip on it and not worry about it, but if there is any chance i can get a replacement, that is the obvious choice

Not a whole lot to report. Went down for a wedding and took the boat so I could get some fishing in before the festivities. Lots of little smallmouth. And 2 keepers one of them was 19". One on a ned and the other on a jig in a conservation brush pile that was in about 10 ft. Few Kentuckies on a jig and drop shot as well. I got out well before daylight and didn't see any top water action what so ever. Sideways pic attached

I dont think tracker has baught Lowe yet. It wouldnt surprise me though. I use my GPS trolling motor instead of the big mototr

We took two boats so all those fish were between four of us. Pretty slow

All our walleye were on the freak too

we fished from kdock to Beaver , two 17 3/4 walleye, one 19 1/2. one 3lb large mouth, 2 keeper crappie, and a cute little striper. We were trolling cranks.

I had to go to the station and file a report. It all worked out just a big pain. If it was an assault or something they could do it. But lets face it cops dont patrol parking lots for violations

In MO its a goggle eye. I think it is kinda like how they call crappie specs up north or maybe its the south all depends where you live and how redneck you are lol. People on here also refer to only largemouth as black bass where in fact smallies and spots are all sub species of "black" bass.

Yeah I was involved in a wreck in a big parking lot once and we called the cops and were told it was on private property so they couldn't help

I got the 7'6" med light. Trying to decide what reel to put on it. Hard figure out the right size without being able to see them both together

I pretty much think all those are set up and fake as can be. All of those trolling motors that randomly pop out of their mounts just doesnt make much since. and then when they do pop out he has the handle in his hand and never turns it off. Funny watch though, second time you watch them is when i realized this is total bologna

It was under warranty, that the thing that made me so angry. maybe i should ask them to extend my warranty 2 more months since thats how long it took

Just talk to marine repair and they said the part was there and he would have it ready today. Not sure i still know how to fish, last time i went i had to wear a hoodie

I will for a parts motor. Would be easier than dealing with motorguide....I actually love the motor and havent had any issues in 1 1/2 years. Marine repair in Springfield said they will get it fixed the day the part comes in, so hopefully ill be good by the weekend

talked to Motorguide today. They said the part just shipped out today. They previously told me it had shipped on the 13th. I have a tracking number now so i actually believe them this time. I will never buy another motorguide product again after this once craps out.....Lies after lies.

Hopefully i will get some answers tomorrow. Im gonna throw a fit and demand them send me a new one. Not sure what else to do. 54 days since i took it to the shop

Friday now and still no part. Motorguides customer service is pretty piss poor. called them today and was told to call back monday so they can track the part
