Thanks F&F for the MAP. That will help. I am going to go out this afternoon for some trolling action and then get some minnows for a little night action depending on how late I can stay out.

Where do you get striper minnows?

F&F - Thanks for the info. I was headed to Rocky Branch and when I got there I read your post. Mostly smaller fish but we had a good morning. 2 Whites, 3 small stripers, 3 sun fish 2 of them nice sized, 3 SM, several kentuckies, and only one Walleye. But we had a great time. Trolling around timber was hard and a little nerve racking for fear of hitting something or getting hung up. We stuck mostly to the main lake. So if I follow the previous posts. Once you feel like you have found a big school you should stop trolling and fish regular.

I am headed out tomorrow morning with my brother. Do you guys have any tips on location and or baits? I will probably do a mixture of trolling and fishing. Trolling has taught me a lot too but I have so much to learn. How does the lake falling affect the fish? Sounds like coves are better than the main lake? It's been several weeks since I was last out but I trolled around the 12 bridge area and caught a few whites and one lm in a few hours.

I am headed out tomorrow evening. I was planning on trolling by the 12 bridge. Hoping for walleye. I will only get in three to four hours max but I know it will be great.

You guys and the wind convinced me we would be better off for another day. Between the both it would have been rough trolling. Maybe Wednesday evening if work cooperates. Thanks again for the tips. I bet that Walleye was a fun catch. They are the best eating.

It was my second time trolling but my first successful time. It was a blast. Thanks for sharing how to do it.

What area where you guys in? Last Thursday I trolled next to hwy 12 ramp and caught quite a few too. I ended up keeping 5 whites and 5 crappie. I caught one nice LM and one decent SM that felt like a ton of bricks. It was a lot of fun. I am hoping to take my middle son out tomorrow afternoon or evening.
