Was at Cape yeaterday. I used the other ramp. It was in good shape as far as launchable goes.

It was beautiful out. Slick water until about 9, then a slight ripple.

Put in at 7:30. Wanted to be on the water at daylight, but you know the story. Started out near the old roadbed by Ruark East and caught a 14" fish first cast on a spinnerbait. Fished that shoreline until 10, catching 9 bass, a white bass, and a crappie all on the SB. Decided to run back to the ramp side of the bridge and started throwing a C-Rig with no takers. Did catch 1 short on a shakey head. It was about 11 now and the weekend warriors were packed at the ramp so i got my boat loaded and left. Felt good to catch some decent fish after my slump.

Since the boys have only used it once, im going to get rid of it. Its a Sun Dolphin Sportsman i believe if my memory is correct. Comes with 2 removable swivel seats, a good trolling motor and battery. Boat is in nice shape. It is 8' 7" long i believe. Good little cove/pond boat. $350.00 firm.

Sounds like it. Nice evening to be out as far as weather. Went to Cape Fair today for a very short trip with no bites. Every time that happens i tell myslf im staying home until the water goes down, then the nxt day im hooking the boat up again.

Like we have discussed, dishonest people at the amature level does and will continue to keep it at the level it is, along with other factors. This "measure and record inches" will never work in reality in open bass tournaments, as the numbers of anglers dont trust themselves to record accurate measurements, let alone 50 other anglers. It will work amongst buddies tho.

Ok J, Got a silly question for ya. Busted off my transducer last week and got the new one installed today. In the settings tab there is "connected transducer" with options. Heres the options. Noticed a new tackle company on my FB feed last week. They had some 5.7 ounce carbon fiber reels for cheap. After reading tons of reviews, i ordered 2 of them, the Stealth and the Assassin. aarchdale text me to tell me he had ordered a new reel. It was the Assassin. I ordered both reels left hand by mistake. As soon as i noticed it, i ordered 2 right hand reels. I have these 2 leftys, new never taken out of the box if anyone is looking for a nice reel for cheap. I used both of the righthanders Saturday and both performed better than expected. Here are the details on the reels. If not sold by this weekend i will send them back. Saturday water was between 67 and 70

Seen maybe 6 Saturday in different areas. Yea i hope that dont die off again. Used to be a fun day up by Cave Hole catching triple numbers during the run.
