James river is starting to run over highway 65 according to the news and i imagine flat creek is running hard also.

Republic Ford in Republic Missouri is flooded....this is going to be a dosey ...just think of all the crap thats going to be floating in TRL

Many towns are flooded already and many roads not passable and we suppose to get another 4 inches of rain tomorrow...my sons work in Verona Missouri is flooded and the town of Aurora has sections that is flooded and they are evacuating people by boat...sons girl friend cant go home because of there road flooded. Tomorrow morning we suppose to get winds in excess of 30 mph.

Very nice fish Champ and sorry to hear about your Christmas gathering... They calling for sleet rain or snow on Monday here and up to 10 inches of rain locally for a total and by looking at the weather for the next couple weeks it's gona be to cold for me to be out there.

What i was using is from whopper baits, called a whippin stick 5.25 inches long, also i need to get some different type of weighted heads....thanks for the info ps.... gona be awhile before im back on the water pulled fuel tank out of boat to get to bilge area...tired of hauling 30 gallons of water around, livewell drain valves and overflow valve are leaking bad....lol

Yes sir i did, had a green pumpkin candy worm on there 4.5 inches long probably a 3/8 ounce head, tried a pb&j jig with a green pumpkin trailer, tried a black and blue jig also, it maybe my presentation and could also be my patients with working with different things.

Thats what we fished and didnt see any fish on sonar at that depth, we had 2 boats out there and both of us made the same observation. Talked to couple other people they said Sunday they caught all they wanted and they went back out yesterday and had zero fish.

Only fish we saw on sonar was in 60 to 100 FOW and they where suspended in 40 to 60 FOW

Sooo thats what a fish looks like....Good job and thanks for report. We went to point 20 and got Zero and also fished across from Campbell point camp ground and also got zero...we had 2 boats and 4 people...water temp up that way was still 55 degrees. Couple other guys came out when we did and they didnt get anything either.

That part of doesnt get cold...it's my hands that get cold and hurt, thats why i dont get excited about fishing cold weather.

Just giving ya a hard time...just havent decided which way i what to go from shell knob 39 bridge east or west tomorrow...im probably the more novice of anyone on here only been on lake like 12 times....lol

Was thinking about going to Big M Tuesday but since Quillback has all the fish scared up there, i guess i'll go somewhere else....lol

Sounds like a great day...How far up flat creek did you go?.....last time i was up there...not as far as the 123 bridge there was a log floating about 10 foot long up there.

Good luck Eric...Sunday suppose to be windy up to 30 mph wind gust.. We fished a couple of the coves just west of the 39 bridge in Shell Knob and caught a few and missed a few..that was a couple weeks ago. Son and i talking about going Tuesday
