and before you guys Criticize me any further one thing you ought to know is i hunt for pigs outside of MO yes i have seen the destruction but i havent seen it as prevalent here in MO but the signs are showing up. i have been on trips with 4-6 other guys and we have all come back with easily 2 pigs a person on any single trip so tell me how hunting them wont work, so with 6 guys at 2 pigs a person that is roughly maybe the same equivalent that the supposed trapping says works It wont work if u guys wont get off ur cans and go hunt them instead u all complain and the problem only gets worse

Well deer can be classified as PEST and they are legal to hunt, furbears trap nuisance or pest and that is legal. No you wanna know whats destructive to land its called the Human Race that builds houses in these animals natural Territory but you wont complain about that because oh thats a beautiful home. Oh as i stated before isnt against the Code of Ethics not to use or eat what you kill. One suggestion to you about this is maybe u get ur buddies together and go on a hunt for them and see how many you guys can wipe out, instead you choose to sit behind a computer screen arguing that the MDC knows whats best

Ok then well how about we just make all hunting illegal then seems to me that if you guys bitch about that then you all become crybabies saying the Gov is overstepping there boundries. Just like when the gov was shut down and we the people complained that they shut the ramps down at the lake we said we had paid for that with our taxes and they dont have a right to tell us we cant use them, same goes for the public and corp land we pay to openly hunt on that land but you guys are to busy complaining that the pigs are destroying land but arent willing to take care of the issue so ur letting the Gov control the supposed Problem and to the guy that is complaining about the idea of share your harvest the hunter is the one that pays the processing fee anyway( i just read where in some area the MDC covers partial cost of Processing) i have been on several trips with guys i hunt with that they always donate and dont mind paying the fee because they enjoy hunting and know that the meat is going to good use

but arent you and the MDC going against the Code of Ethics and just letting pigs rot compared to feeding shelters and what not. Yes i understand they arent native animals to MO but still they are here and i feel they fall into the same category as any other wild animal DOnt feed me the hog wash about they disease ridden they eat exactly the same stuff that the local wildlife eats and u dont hear people dieing from turkey deer that has been hunted also if MDC was smart they could expand the Feed the Harvest from deer to boars as well again that meat would be processed in a USDA setting and whats the issue with that

i have had breakfast sausage, and burger, and roast all from Boar yes its gamey tasting but better than the processed meat at the store

I have to totally disagree with u about this because if you look at studies in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma trapping doesnt work ok so if ur such a conservationist then y are u agreeing that it is ok for them to be trapped and killed and left to Rot instead that meat could be used to feed people that truly need it. Code of Ethics you kill u eat not waste, try to prove me that they are hazardous to eat. If you dont believe they are good then come eat dinner with me some time and ill make boar for you.

Mark Boar is excellent meat, I think MDC has crossed the line by not allowing people to hunt them on public property. They say they captured 4000 i dont believe that one bit if the hogs are such a problem then y dont we see more of them around

I am totally against this, They are making it to where they expect u to buy your food. yes i know i can hunt private Property but that is being dwindled down as well because people end up trashing it. I dont believe there # s are as good as they say when they supposedly trap either.

i just ordered some things from California it said delivery in 2 weeks within 2 days it was setting in KC area now its been 2 days in the springfield area and i freaking live just down the road from both UPS and Fed ex and im still waiting on my packages.
