Audacity should work just fine. Edit out what you can and convert to an mp3 at the lowest sample rate you can accept. Since it is basically "spoken" word and not music, it doesn't need to be that high a rate. It is still going to be a pretty big file...you might consider storing it on a thumb drive versus a CD. Thanks Dano, It was a great day....right up until the time a got home and saw our sunroom doing an imitation of Niagra Falls...on the inside. Oh well, nothing else to but buckets...towels and wait for the rest of the roof to thaw..then fix it from there. A LOT less damage than I'm seeing from most folks! Blessings To All!! Bill

Hi Everyone, Got on the lake just after 10:00 this morning. More people than I thought we be there....nice to see! While I've still not had one of "those 30 fish days"......I did catch a few silver bullets as well as 8-10 nice male bows. Tried a new fly out: http://www.flyfishohio.com/Diawl_Bach.htm or the Little Devil. It was about 50-50 between it and a P & P about 18" below an indicator. Had to leave at noon or I just might've had me one of "those" days......but that's for another trip. Wind kicked up...but all in all.....a pretty good morning. Blessings! Bill

Sorry to hear about the damage Phil!! STAY SAFE!! We still have power here and just light flurries this morning. Have seen just one guy walking down our road this morning. No one has even tried to drive out here in two days. That's the problem with working from home....if I have power and Internet.....I'm working. Blessings to All!!!! Bill

We're still good here. 3/4" plus of ice and still have pellets coming down. No power problems...and since we both work from home, no drive to worry about. No tree damage....yet. Stay Safe everyone!!!! Bill

Your right...the Westernfield is an old Western Auto deal. It takes only the 2 3/4" rounds and WAY too light for todays loads. Besides...it just looks great on the wall....I've got a three generation gun rack going. Starting to look like an antique shop. We are going to sight them in this weekend up at my son's house.....he has more land. I'll probably still get a pad...no more than I'll go hunting. Shoot, I wore a full face helmet whan I had my bike....that way they could identify the body.....;-} Talk to you later! Bill

Thanks! I found an 870 at a pawn shop....got an acceptable deal on it. Shot a couple of rounds thru it and YES....I'm going to get a recoil pad. Been 30 years since I shot my dads old Western Field 12ga.....so the 870 gave me good pop to the shoulder! Looking forward to the season! Bill

I deal in audio gear and ANYTHING that has to do with copper....prices are on the rise again. Our prices for copper microphone, speaker and installation cable has gone up about 25% over the past two months. FUN...FUN...FUN! Bill
