Planning on putting in at high point Saturday is there any fish to catch there crappie and whites newbie hear fishes the river but not much lake just got a decent boat any help would be appreciated
Planning a trip for Saturday morning have a 14 foot flat bottom with a trolling motor can I make it past the s curves at taylor there will be 3 of us trying to get my boy and father inlaw on some fish
They say they are catching them up from Taylor's past the s curves I plan to go this Saturday but not sure how this weather is going to affect them I would think main run hasn't started yet
Well you can't buy fishing stuff or off bug spray at Walmart now I needed some road runner heads and grubs but you can still buy cat litter video games and DVDs anyone got a better way I have a bunch of lures and plane jig heads and plastics
I went Thursday to Taylor and people was catching them right and left we ended up taking home 20 and a walleye water temp ranged from 58-62 the eggs in the females are not developed completely yet so should be good for awhile still
Went Sunday to Taylor's and took the boat fish were biting good on white guy on the bank had his limit and my nephew hooked a 22 inch walleye got it to the boat and lost it
Seen a few decent stringers at Orleans I had no luck went to Taylor's caught 2 small males seen people catching a few keepers and talked to a guy that had a 4 pound walleye just up from the bridge
Usually it's white/chartreuse for me I might run down after work today taking the old flat bottom Saturday as long as rain don't bring the water up too much and paddle up as far as I can
