I am stayingat the river of life farm in early July was just curious as to what might catch some fish I don't know how to fly fishing so will be using spinning reels I have never fished this river before so any feedback would be greatly appreciated -

Orleans then Taylor then I believe an old railroad bridge then 215 I think not 100%

I fished from Taylor bridge and up to the first bend I caught a largemouth but that's it the people I was fishing with caught probably 10 whites but I just couldn't get them to bite we was using the same thing right next to each other white seemed to be the color they liked but seen a few caught on chartreuse all were bout 10 inch males -
I went today and caught a largemouth but that was it used purple and white swimming minnows happens to me every year the best days are during the week and I can never get off work

Seen several crappie a few keepers and a pair of walleye caught at Aldrich earlier today I only caught a 15 in Kentucky I went to Orleans on my way back home only seen 4 whites on a stringer 10 in or better never caught any or seen any caught
