  3. Are any of the pits Ice free right now? Trout Pit?
  4. Tried to go yesterday........Didn't work out so well. might have to invest in an ice auger !
  5. Have not been up to Stockton However, Spring river west of Joplin is frozen solid enough to walk on (really ruined my fishing plans yesterday!). If moving water is frozen like that I would imagine the lake has quite a bit on ice on it.
  6. It was a great time! Thanks for posting Catchfish!
  7. Does this technique work in the summer as well?
  8. Caught this guy a couple of weeks ago on Lake of the Ozarks. Got me wondering, are there any in Stockton? I have never caught one or heard of anyone catching them so I assume they are not in the lake?
  9. First time Catfishing On LOZ and caught this guy. Caught off the bank at Tan-terra. What are some other good areas to catch blues on LOZ?
  10. Hi Shaun!
  11. Was at Roark Wednesday. I did not see anything in the water. Caught 2 walleye, a couple of crappie, and a big Drum.
  12. Water level is falling. Falling water levels usually = Tough fishing!
  13. I had 67 yesterday afternoon at Roark
  14. We have been getting them the same way in Birch. Love me some night fishing!

  16. Greenfield public access.
  17. Thanks! Been taking crap ever since from her and other people. Guess I shouldn't have posted the pic of my fish LOL! Next time no mercy!
  18. Put in at Roark. Tried to hit some of my normal crappie piles in Birch but wind made that almost impossible. We decided to try trolling Cranks. Had some success. Caught a bunch of short crappie and several short largemouth. My daughter hooked into this 18 inch Eye with only one Eye. Boy did she have fun getting it in! Also got one 12.5 in crappie. Windy but fun day on the water!
  19. Got this off google. In Minnesota, cormorants have been found to consume from 1.0 to 1.5 pounds per bird per day. The majority of their diet is made up of fish (99.9% in Leech Lake) but they also eat snails, crayfish, and amphibians.
  20. I saw a HUGE flock of them around Shaw Bluff last time I was at the lake! I didn't know what the heck they were!
