  1. Went out with Beaver Fever Guide Service on a 5 hr trip. Found a few fishing between Indian point and Starkey Marina. Biggest was 20#, all caught on live shad at various depths.
  2. Main lake but tight to a rocky shore line.
  3. Had a great day Saturday with the beautiful weather and White Bass biting. All caught on Flash Mob Jr. A-rigs.
  4. Saw a group of them on Sunday busting Shad in the cove directly across from State Park Marina. Only lasted about 5 min. though,
  5. We got out around 3:00 fished until 8:00, ended up catching 20 white bass on A-rigs all females We were in 35-40 ft of water casting to the bank and retrieving slowly.

  7. Went out Saturday for 4 hrs and let me tell you it was tough. Bottom bounced for a while and managed 2 catfish, several drum, a 14 " LM. and fed the rest of the worms to the Bluegills. Switched over to trolling Shad Raps and flicker baits managed 5 crappie 2 more small LM and 2 short walleye. Lots of boats out there.

  9. A friend of mine has an 18ft dual console Well built boat.
  10. Wisconsin river Sheephead as they are called up north. Caught this last year while visiting family in Wisconsin.
  11. Caught 4 bottom bouncing for walleye in 20-25 fow. The 2 that we kept were almost 3 lbs ea and did have eggs in them.
  12. Nice. I can't wait I'm heading to Ontario on the the 15th. Hoping for similar results.
  13. Still not too bad considering the conditions of bluebird sky's and the water level dropping. Maybe Dan could borrow you a ?.
  14. Usually the state park has plenty of parking unless there is a tournament going on.
  15. It was very tough out there only managed 2 short eyes and a few bass and crappie. Nice hat. ??
  16. Thanks. Unfortunately it took a half of day on Sunday to locate them but once we did it was a consistent bite. Came back Monday evening and they were in same area.
  17. I fished out of State park to 245 bridge area Sunday/Monday and water was clear.
  18. It seemed Fire tiger was definitely the preferred color .
  19. Convinced the wife to go out after work yesterday. Fish from 5:00 to about 8:00. Same program bottom bouncers and crawlers in 20-23 fow. Caught 18 walleye with 11 keepers and 4 crappie. All were released for another day.
  20. Thanks Dan. Everyone needs a lucky hat, besides that there is not much left up there that offers any protection from the sun.
  21. Also went out with the wife today. Left the state park and fished toward cedar ridge. We ended up with a total of 20 walleye, only 8 were keepers. Caught a lot of 12 to 13 in fish. Largest was 21, all on bottom bouncers anywhere from 16 to 23 ft.

  23. Hi DB. I was just looking to get your opinion. I'm headed to Stockton this weekend with the wife do you thinks the whites will still be up in the same area? Leaving out of the State park. Thanks

      Great question!  I haven't been since 4/6 and my buddies want me to take them tomorrow...  that's why I'm surfing the boards to see what's up.  My gut says there are probably some sows still on that pattern but the last few years, after putting a few limits in the freezer, I always switched to chasing blacks in April and cats in May.  If we go I'll let ya know!
