How's the wear on the bottoms? Are they cracked or worn through the first layer yet? And if I trap your otters, will you give me one?, lol. That's a joke. But really, I am gonna trap out of them if I can find the spare money to get one.
Awesome mount, and what a beautiful duck to get mounted. I got my first mounted duck ever last year and it's a woodduck. Also I seen your arrowhead poster and like it to, lol. Do you point hunt?
I can't believe nobody has replied to your question! It can be hard to get information from Upper Bull Shoals on this forum sometimes. I would think you should be able to make it though. I've drove by there recently and the channel looks like you can make it below the bridge. Good Luck
Me and a friend saw a Hellbender in Bull Shoals Lake around Beaver Creek this spring. We thought it was a catfish swimming on the surface and got closer and it had legs. I was shocked because I thought they only lived in creeks. It was just swimming along like it knew where it was going. Very neat salamander for sure!
So the story says. He was thinking quickly and put the finger on ice? Why, lol. Was he gonna rush it to the hospital and have it put back on someones hand?
lol. I don't believe I've ever been there and there be less than 20 people + and that's counting at midnight. So at 4 I would think it'd be busy, Maybe the fish haven't been biting much.
Does anybody know if zebra mussels are known to be in Bull Shoals Lake? I was down there a couple days ago and found what I believe was zebra mussels. They were attached to a rock and I have never seen em before so I'm not sure. Maybe I missed the boat and this is old news that they are in the lake already.
The ones that are there are very hard to get usually. They're in the weeds and lillypads and are hard to get ahold of not to mention see. But with this drought maybe there's more open bank for them to sit on. Maybe its worth a try, maybe not.
