  1. Yeah I was playing on the political 1%ers we hear about in the news. Just playing around. But I do mean good luck from the heart and hope you can make it back from time to time.
  2. Yes! I'm part of the 1%'ers! Contgrats on the new endvor! Sorry you have to go to Texas.
  3. Now you see what I'm seeing. Apparently though we weren't seeing the same thing.
  4. I don't think it resembles Poision Ivy to anybody.
  5. That's the oddest looking poison ivy I've ever seen.
  6. Cute family photo!
  7. Love German tato salad! I make it more in the cooler months when I make more fried chicken. I sorta cheat when I make mine. I make a package of Good Seasons Italian dressing. I use a 1/3 cup AC vinegar and add bacon drippings. I add chopped bacon and green onions to the potatos and mix all together. Short, sweet and tasty!! I scored some Ken's the other day and wow! I think it may be the perfect German flavor! Yeah I know it's odd using Italian dressing for German flavor, but it works!
  8. This is another tater salad I tried earlier this year. Pretty dang good too. http://www.countryliving.com/food-drinks/recipes/a42432/dill-pickle-potato-salad-recipe/
  9. I made this potato salad a couple of weeks ago. Freaking crazy good! I actually roasted the red potatoes and onions on the grill and omitted the celery. I used Kraft mayo with olive oil. 1 yellow onion, sliced 1/4" thick 3 pounds baby red potatoes 3/4 cup diced celery 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  10. This meatloaf is a first to me as it is not your traditional meatloaf. I mixed this one with a rub like I put on a brisket or pork butt. I haven't tried it yet but I have high hopes on the flavor.
  11. Yes chicken, Bologna, and meatloaf.
  12. Is that those two foreigner chicks? Or have they moved on?
  13. Had to spread the love today. My bullet smoker has been getting jealous of my big fancy smoker that BH so lovingly bestowed upon me! I had purchased her just a few months before. We enjoyed a great time with one another's company. And then the new kid on the block showed up and she was almost forgotten. I do fire her up every now and then but not near as often as I used to. So I fired up her today and she did not disappoint! She tenderly and lovingly turned out some of the highest quality smoked meats you'll ever taste in your life!
  14. Years ago I used to host OAF float. We used to have a pretty decent turnout. A couple of years ago Duane asked me to do it again. I thought seriously about it but the next thing I knew, time flew past. I always picked a relative short float with a cookout to follow. OAF members always seem to like to spend time talking getting know one another. It was always a great time. I'm not opposed to getting it going again if there is enough interest. You know how to get a hold of me. Let's do it!
  15. We have to go back just for the shuttle!
  16. I had to resize every one of mine the other day. Never had too before. I got the 200 error and 9mb.
  17. Cheese dipping sauce! Hahahaha!
  18. We need to get you out there when you get ready!
  19. He's probably not complaining yet though! Hahaha!
  20. That's the only pic I can load right now. I don't know what's going on!
  21. It was a pretty awesome day all the way around. But then again anytime on the water with awesome people makes for an awesome day and you and Pat are definitely awesome people! And Melissa, the one that did our shuttle, she was pretty awesome herself! We will definitely use her again! A person could spend the day with her and not have to say a word! Marty made mention of the critters and wildlife. It was definitely an abundance on all accounts. Due to some trailer issues on my account, we had to do a little extra running back-and-forth to get everything in place. At one spot on the road we see the same three deer three times! They had some fascination with playing in the road in that spot! The rest of the wildlife would show up later that morning and afternoon and provide entertainment throughout the day. You'd be surprised how many people don't know where Portugal is! Mrs. Billethead is a real trooper! She had many first that she accomplished this day and I am deeply humbled and honored to have been a part of it. This was her first trip on flowing water in her kayak. So she had a bit of a learning curve but she sailed right around that like a NASCAR racer! By the end of the day she was passing on the outside and never looking back! She also scored her first smallmouth and Goggle eye all on the longrod! The fishing was not as active as I had hoped it would be and as I had told them it would be. But we can't plenty busy and had a great time! But that's just a fishing goes sometimes. Some days are stellar and some days are not. Which today was no big deal because we had plenty of other entertainment going on. So without further ado, here come the pictures!
