  1. Love that set up!!
  2. Wording is right on. The Special Managment Areas are now null and void. Previously there were no state wide length limit. Only in the managment areas were there length limits. What they seem to have left out, by your quote, was the Northern Rock bass.
  3. "The regulation changes are based on extensive scientific research related to bass populations and harvest with consideration of public input received, including from nine public meetings held by the Department." Buckle up Cowboys, here it comes!
  4. Worth the price of admission right there! Not sure just yet about Sat night. May have to take the ladies to town. I'll still bring the food though.
  5. Whaaat??
  6. 99% of those that are against the ban, don't even hunt hogs. The real hog hunters don't hunt MDC property. So the ban doesn't affect them.
  7. ^^^^ True post!
  8. To far. Come over this way some.
  9. Boy I don't know! But they're either still froze or like white lava! No in between!!
  10. Now that is well done! Just not done well!
  11. I think they disbanded back in the early 90s. A couple of power-hungry infiltrators got in there and reeked havoc.
  12. I got something to fill up that toilet paper you can have too. No charge.
  13. Heck yeah he can cook! And cater too! We conversed quite a bit in private. He has sent me quite a few pictures of the fabulous meals that he prepares. To hear him talk about them and just go on and on you think my God it takes all day to prep this but he says it doesn't take very long at all to prep. And the pictures he sent me just looks phenomenal! It's just all good straight homestyle meals that we have all eaten. I told Joe I would never share those photos because he is somewhat timid and fragile and doesn't want to be ridiculed for his style of cooking. But I've always told Joe that I'm here to help him out and back him if he gets any negative feedback. Well here it is Joe. I hope you don't hate me.
  14. Oh please! I have learn to travel with my own barricades. Every venue never has enough.
  15. That is the current plan. I was slated to attend and host a presentation at The North American Smallmouth conference in Denver that weekend. It has since been pushed back to mid January. So my wife and I and another couple have elected to come to Branson this weekend and getting a little trout fishing Saturday and Sunday. Late Saturday afternoon between 5:00 and 6:00 I will be available at Lilley's fly shop for autographs and pictures. Later we have an evening private dinner to attend with prominent members of QU, DU, NWTF, and MCF. This will be to get ideas in the air about our upcoming conference in late February. I'm glad it worked out this way cause I really wanted to attend both of these.
  16. Joe, I think there are repercussions headed your way. On a sidenote this is not an exclusive club, all members are welcome. And you know you want to play along.
  17. To be honest, I've never had Irish Cream.
  18. I found this interesting import the other day at my local hangout for off the wall foods. The sausage has a really nice natural smoke flavor. They would actually be really good as a hotdog with some sauerkraut and bacon bits. But this German style is not anywhere near like American style. Where we are used to a vinegary flavor that has a lot a bite to it, The German brine was very bland. I think one could drink it like water. Though it would not be as appealing as water. And I am sure that the products that make it from Germany to America are probably not the best representatives of the German fare. But you never know unless you try. I have also been trying numerous different sauerkraut's from Poland and the region. They are good and I like them but again they differ from the Americanized style that we have grown accustomed to. As with the sausage the American style sauerkraut has much more tang and bite to it then the important ones from Poland.
  19. Is that a custom made Wildcat sponge?
  20. On the right day, you can. Problem the last few years is no rain and high temps. I wouldn't make the trip unless you had time to kill.
  21. I dig that coolie cup! Some call it a koozie.
  22. Copy cat
  23. Very nice! Now set that corn free and let it soak up all that great grilled flavor!!
  24. Have you tried not frying as long? It does cook much faster.
