Its about time to go gilling again! However right now I have been thinking white or blue cat fishing! However a few of them spottedgills would taste nice right about now.

Nice mess of crappie's makes me kind of hungry for fresh catch! Maybe a gps tracking chip to see where your getting them!

What huh a what hummm welll I don't know................ I am going to have to think on this a while............... Do you bait your own hook?................. Clean your own fish?................ Still thinking!.....................Will I guess its ok! Come on in and drag up a chair and tell us some fishing storys!

Yep and at 40 pounds its easy to do real damage. Looks to be more like 25 but thats a photo for you.

I am sure glad to see some of you are still alive and fishing and some are gone fishing! I trust everyones wenter went well and everyone has started fishing the spring thaw! I know some have. I got to go spoonbilling last weekend and had a great time. My brother and I both caught one and yes his was bigger than mine but hey mine tasted better. I think his had been eating mud or something! Anyway I look foward to hearing from everyone and hearing some fish storys and also hearing how everyone and there loved ones are doing. Jesse

Everyone wanted to fight with me about the MDC needing a little watching over, now things are starting to show up. The water wasn't as clear as people thought.

Nice catch on an ultralight with 4# test and a small gold hook with a small piece of worm, no weight, fishing for and catching bluegills. He was a blast bringing him in. He only weighed a little over 12 pounds. When I turned him loose he kind of sulked for a little while before he realized he was free. Nice channel cat I thought all of you might enjoy seeing.

I agree with GF on this subject. I also want to add people like myself call in about wild reckless people out in a boats being fools trying to act cute. Just because they’re in a boat and I am in my canoe or fishing from shore. Trying to swamp and or throwing their trash overboard running over other boaters and skiers, running full out through a no wake zones. You know just stupid stuff like that. So people like me call in and complain and well it has taken years but guess what! They’re starting to patrol the waters and I for one am glad. If people want to act like that then they need to stay inside their own house and destroy it. If they were respectful on the water there would not be a need for water patrol. So I for one want to shake the patrols hand and also say its about time we have needed you for years. JMO One more thing! Should we overlook it just to put a few dollors in a few people pocket. Or should we stand up for whats right! I for on will stand up for whats right and think about our tomarrows and our childrens tomorrows. Should we turn our backs to the costs of out nature resources just to put a little gingle in a pocket. Maybe we would look the other way if they would happen to murder one of our children just to put a dollor in our pocket. Lets stand like a man for whats right and forget the greed. JMO

The squirrels here at my houst are tryong to dig a hole into my atic. This is the first time they tryed to do it here at this house. Living in town I cant shoot them so I was thinging of using a live trap and moving them out in the county. Would some of you have a better idea as to how to stop them?

Hey I have an idea! Lets take the money we would waste doing studys and costs and just toss as many Brown Trout that the dollors will buy in to 11 point and say well if they live and reproduce the more power to them. If they can make it as the turkeys have then *BAM* there ya go you will have Brown Trout there for everyone and their children. However if thay dont make it then dont ever try it again. Lets keep it simple and not break the bank trying to do this thing. Let mother nature run with it!

I had a for pickup that used to jump out of park when loaded. LOL I knew fords were tough but I never thought they were tough enough for Toyota to use there tranny. But tough is tough I guess! LOL

Yes we are having a discussion here. I just dont want you to turn a blind eye because your getting what you want. I am asking is it right and is it right for our children and grandchildren. We have a duty to watch out for their future as well as our own. And I feel this is one thing of the many we need watch over. It is one thing for it to be good for the one but another for it to be good for the many and our future? I have noticed through the years that the people that wants things left alone are getting everything they want. well greed will distroy our future. So inclosing I say just use an open eye my friend.

Chief Greybear, I think your looking for a personal fight and I am not wanting that. I do want MDC to be accountable for the money. I dont want the trying to be accountable 4 years after the fact! Would you balance your check book every 4 years! I would hope not!!!!!! Dont you file your taxes every year? If a mistake is made wont the IRS contact you pretty fast or will they wait 4 or more years to tell you that you have made a little mistake? Come on get real.... Stop taking this personal and put it on a balance consern level.
