I guess people have different expectations when they go fishing on a guided trip. Some just want to catch fish and feel the tug on the end of their line. They could care less where, when, how and would be happy with a Snoopy pole and a half hot dog if it's catching them. That's perfectly fine. Then there is the other person that doesn't care much about the results but wants to know exactly where, when, how and why the guide is doing what they are doing to get bit. Sure catching is fun but the old saying.....give the man a fish. I'd rather learn than be entertained for a few hours. Learning and then executing what you have been taught should entertain you for a week, month, season or rest of your life fishing. Just sayin'.
