The thing that I’m surprised the news media hasn’t picked up on...is that 10 days ago trump was pressuring gm to build more respirators and then gm relented and said they would help...two days later trump voided the higher mpg standards that obama signed into law quid pro quo style

Us has a bunch of rare earth materials too...but to terriermans point...it costs a heck of a lot more to extract in us versus China and third world epa...clean water act...and all the other environmental agencies...plus cost of labor...the us is priced out of the market but we’re not left with our pants down...huge deposits in Nevada per 60 minutes about 6 months ago

I think it’s happening...China is pulling their money out of the us market...and we are scrambling to prop it back up that’s what the stimulus package is about...government is trying to replace the Chinese investment. Placate the little guy with a little walk around money...and prop up the market so the big money can cover some bets itll get worse before it gets better...and Congress is standing by with stimulus package number xyz to rescue us poor citizens from the turmoil...but the rescue isn’t designed to help the little guy itll result in hyper inflation...and then those free dollars will only be good to wipe your arse with...it’s ironic that the average us citizen sees this as a toilet paper shortage

Oil market is propped up too...that’s why Saudi’s and rooskies are racing to be the lowest bidder us oil only viable option if price is propped up but otherwise smell what you’re stepping in...and agree with it

To take it a step further...our leaders used the term war all the time when they initially were talking about it...don’t hear it much anymore but to add-on to terriermans comment...if they shut down the economy...with it goes the consumerism...the majority of Americans aren’t out buying plastic gadgets of all sorts that were made in China...and fueling their economy...so we’re hitting them in the pocketbook im not sure what the current trade gap with China...I could look it up but I’m tired...but I bet the gap is at least 5 to 1 really only thing China buys from us...is commodities...ie agricultural products...ie soybeans and grains...prices on that stuff is out of sight...way over what it would be without the China mandate to buy China doesn’t need all that product...but was basically forced to buy something by us congress...so bought it because it’s a relatively safe investment and they control the market I’m stopping before I get to wound up✌️

I agree with tjm...kinda similar to what happened with Japanese in the 80s...japan was buying everything in sight...we broke it off in them too i think that’s what is happening now with China...japan didn’t have the resources that China has tho...human (military) or otherwise

I tilled in some peat moss and 13-13-13 this morning tiller has smoothed out in forward spin...but definitely harder on the elbow...feel like I have tennis elbow Hoping it starts raining pretty soon...so that will keep me from messing with it

I’ve started tilling with the blades going forward...My tiller jumps quite a bit when the tines are spinning forward but seems to be doing a good job...hopefully the more I do it...the less it will jump dogs sure like running thru the fresh dirt

Just saw on Kansas website that they’ve closed spring turkey hunting to out of state residents If you already bought a tag...they will allow you to hunt...but says they encourage refunds i wonder if they’ll do the same with fishing
